Self-Care: During her roller coaster journey she never forgets to prioritize her physical and mental well-being, especially during difficult times when adversity can take a toll on your emotions.

Nelson Mandela:

Life: Nelson Mandela, the former President of South Africa, spent 27 years in prison for his anti-apartheid activism. Rather than succumbing to bitterness, Mandela emerged from prison with a commitment to reconciliation and the peaceful transition to democracy. His leadership played a pivotal role in South Africa’s transformation.

Richard Branson:

Business: Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin Group, experienced several business failures and near-failures, including the Virgin Records bankruptcy and the challenges faced by Virgin Atlantic.
