Design your inner-self, build your dream business!!

Underlying Substance over Fake Shine-The clear divide in Life & Business!

I understand that it can be challenging at times to embrace our imperfections. However, it is important to remember that genuine substance comes from within. We are all human beings with flaws, and that is perfectly okay. Just like a rose with thorns, our imperfections make us unique and beautiful in our own way. Instead of seeking external validation or hiding behind a fake facade, let us celebrate our authenticity and embrace our true selves with compassion and kindness.

In this journey called life, it’s crucial that we nurture our inner selves. Taking the time to develop our core values and embracing our unique essence can truly make a difference. Just like a rose, each of us is flawed yet magnificent in our own way. Let’s cherish and celebrate the natural beauty that lies within us, as we strive to be our most authentic selves.

In the realm of business and entrepreneurship, it’s truly important to cultivate authentic connections with your clients and team members. Attempting to deceive others by pretending to possess a higher level of expertise than you actually do, solely for the sake of attention and being perceived as a hero, is not a sustainable approach. While it might offer temporary gains, lasting no longer than 2-3 years at best, the truth will eventually be unveiled as people see through the charade. Reflecting on the success of Steve Jobs and his creation, the Mac, we realize that its appeal surpasses its stylish design. What truly sets the Mac apart is the meticulous focus on both the software and hardware components, the very core that results in heightened productivity and an enriched user experience. Numerous companies have attempted to replicate the exterior appearance of the Mac without dedicating attention to the essence of its functionality, which ultimately leads to their downfall. Mac users remain devoted to the brand, unwilling to switch to alternative options.

“There is a natural beauty in imperfection. The essence of wabi-sabi, a Japanese principle, is to appreciate character and uniqueness over a polished appearance. It reminds us that embracing scratches and cracks is important. When things are too perfect, they can feel robotic. It’s perfectly fine to not speak like a professional; it’s a constant work in progress toward improvement. It’s important to be upfront about our shortcomings.”

Certainly! I completely understand the importance of nurturing our value system by embracing lifelong learning and personal growth. It’s truly essential for each of us to strive for self-improvement and aim to make a positive impact rather than simply seeking external validation. Let’s continue our journey of personal development together!

I enjoyed thoroughly . Tree 🌳 is a symbolic representation of your text . It is rooted , grounded (tap or adventitious root) under the ground . It emerges as a shoot above the ground later multiplies into branches from a trunk . Leaf stands as a mentor with seasonal revamping , adaptability and newer strategies Year after year . The whole organisation bears fruits in abundance . It is firm , still and vast with constant wear and tare . Many a lesson have been learnt by the revered under a 🌲.
