Service over Status- The Intrinsic Belief in Life & Business!

“Service over Status” is more than just a phrase to me, it represents the idea of prioritizing the collective interest rather than individual interests. When we set our egos aside and selflessly serve others, remarkable things can happen.

Power of Compounding: “Compound interest is the eighth wonder in the world. He who understands it earns it…..who doesn’t….pays it.”… Albert Einstein. This is not only a mathematical thesis, but it’s true in every phase of Life. Service also compounds & it’s very contagious. It spreads from one human being to another knowingly or unknowingly. For instance, imagine a scenario where she was strolling down the street and noticed a young boy walking ahead of her. Suddenly, papers started falling out from his unzipped backpack. Without hesitation, she immediately called out to him and rushed to help him collect all his important documents and secure them back in his bag. The boy was deeply moved and experienced firsthand the impact of receiving unconditional service from a complete stranger. Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that the person walking just a yard apart also came running to assist with an unyielding determination, surpassing even the forces mentioned in Physics. In the lives of individuals, the services they provide have a remarkable compounding effect known as Good Karma.“`

In a relationship, service can serve as the foundation of a truly wonderful connection. When she prioritizes her partner’s well-being and sets aside her ego, it is often reciprocated by her partner, who willingly sacrifices their own desires. The satisfaction they experience from providing mutual support elevates their relationship to extraordinary heights, reaching the stratosphere.

In Business: When people are prioritized, they experience a sense of value and respect. Instead of prioritizing their position or ego, a manager who adopts a servant leadership approach can truly lead. An entrepreneur who values her team members and keeps her mission at the forefront allows them to connect with a higher purpose and fully commit themselves. It is highly probable that, even if it is not an ambitious goal, they can build an organization where everyone can achieve wealth and find fulfillment in solving significant problems.

In summary, when we consistently and regularly provide service, there is a remarkable accumulation of value, which greatly motivates people. The resulting compound effect has a profound impact on both our personal and professional lives.
