Trust Equity- The Intangible Value in LIFE & BUSINESS!

Trust is a powerful emotion that arises from a deep conviction shared amongst a group. As social beings, humans naturally yearn for a sense of belonging. When they join forces in pursuit of a significant objective, trust can thrive, leading to remarkable outcomes. Whether in our personal lives or in business, success is not always measured by one person’s triumph over another. Rather, it presents opportunities for collective growth and prosperity. To fully capitalize on these prospects, it is essential to establish trust within our communities.

Let’s embark on a meaningful journey where we can free our minds and truly grasp the profound essence of trust. During our expedition, we will delve into the profound impact trust has on both our personal lives and the intricate world of business.

Life: As our species emerged on Earth, mankind faced the relentless battle for survival, often unable to fully grasp the concept of thriving. However, within each individual, there lay untapped potential waiting to uncover the substantial force of unity and Trust. Trust is an innate quality within us, yet it necessitates the passage of time and a supportive environment to ignite its true power. Throughout the course of human evolution, Trust has also undergone its own remarkable transformation. Nevertheless, it remains a mystery to numerous human societies on this planet who have yet to grasp its profound influence. This lack of understanding often leads to ongoing conflicts, resulting in unfortunate failures.

We really need to grasp one essential truth: Life is not a zero-sum game. When we join forces as a cohesive group, bound together by shared beliefs, our unique abilities complement one another and authentic trust flourishes from deep within. This powerful combination empowers us to accomplish extraordinary feats and even bring about miracles. Naturally, there may be moments when we encounter setbacks and face failures, but within the group, there will always be someone to uplift us and motivate us to persist, embracing the journey of life with resilience. This can only be achieved when we wholeheartedly trust one another. Picture, for example, a group of like-minded mountaineers who are resolute in their quest to conquer Mt. Everest. Through comprehensive mental and physical preparation, the unyielding trust they have cultivated among themselves will ultimately determine their triumph at the summit. Individually, they understand that if they stumble along the way, their fellow climbers will be there to extend a helping hand because of the unwavering trust they share.

But sadly, we often overlook the incredible power of Trust and instead, find ourselves in conflict, solely focused on personal gains. We fail to recognize the profound impact that collective trust among individuals can have, enabling us to gain a wider perspective and deeper understanding of things. As a result, we miss out on the opportunity to claim a more significant portion of the pie. However, if we were to distribute this larger slice amongst the group, each individual would benefit much more than if they were to pursue their own individual pursuits.

Business: In the world of business, the mission cannot be achieved without a shared set of beliefs. This is true both within the core team and throughout the entire enterprise. Even with the best-paid and highly skilled team members, a well-crafted mission statement can still fall short. The founder must ensure that the team is united by a common set of beliefs. Without belief, trust can never emerge, and ultimately, the business is destined to fail, no matter how innovative the solutions may be. The founder must cultivate a community of individuals who genuinely believe in the mission. Trust is a powerful and contagious emotion. It is within our nature to connect with those who trust us. The core team members have the ability to attract more individuals from the industry who can trust them, placing the right emphasis not only on skill sets but also on shared values during the onboarding process.

“` In both our personal lives and business ventures, the sense of Trust plays a vital role in fostering strong and supportive communities. It encompasses the relationships we have with our loved ones, friends, family members, and mentors. Trust is the intangible yet powerful force that can bring happiness and success into our lives.“`

    Trust = rust
    How do you use trust?
    1. Confidence building , corporate concern and need , peripheral radiance , revamping strategy , progressive thinking , periodic recognition and appreciation .
    2. Trust is sometimes used to procrastinate as we see in history . A lame explanation for failure .
    Trust needs to be refurbished and garbed as a Motivational tool 🔨.
    Trust : is empathy , compassion , progress carrying passion , and profession along the positive path . Brain 🧠 travel light debulk the unnecessary PARANOIA .
